For each accepted paper or presentation (regular, poster, demo, Ph.D, and contest) at least one regular (i.e., not student) registration is required before October 6. You cannot share one regular registration across multiple papers and presentations. The papers which are not registered by October 6 will be removed from the conference proceedings. The full registration for papers or presentations appears as the category of the "presenter" in the registration form. But another author who has a student registration can substitute the actual presentation.
The lower price for early registration is applicable until October 31. After that, the higher price for late registration is applied.
The registration web-site will open at the beginning of September. The web-site is available until November 25. After that, please visit registration desk at the venue.
The registration deadlines are interpreted in AoE (Anywhere on the Earth, UTC-12) policy.

Only credit card is accepted for the payment.
The discounted price is available only for members(*1) of IEEE, IEICE and IPSJ. An attendee registered as a member might be requested to show the membership card at the registration desk at the venue.
An attendee registered as a student might be requested to show the student ID card at the registration desk at the venue.
The registration fee includes:
- admission to all the conference sessions
- lunches and coffee breaks for three days (December 12-14) and the banquet (evening of December 13)
- a conference kit including a USB memory stick of e-Proceedings
- free entry to workshops on December 11 and 14 including lunch and snacks
Registration fee is "untaxable" ("fukazei", in Japanese).
